A tea box to cheer her up

As a christmas present for a lovely friend I made this tea box. Inside there are 21 different kinds of tea and on every bag is a short saying which should cheer her up when she's unhappy.

This is a birthday card for my godmother. I wanted to accentuate the beautiful background paper which I bought on 'Stempelmekka'.

I'm alive

I want to say sorry because I haven't updated my blog for weeks.
On the 3rd of December I had a bad car accident on which my car overturned many times. I had a lot of luck that nothing worse occured but I had to stay at hospital for a few days. I have a broken lumbar vertebra and a broken rib but I feel better every day.
Now I want to show you some projects of the last weeks.

Celebrate the wonder

On Saturday I saw the vintage card example on the Whiff of Joy Tutorial and Inspiration Blog what influenced me to make this card. Sure it's not as beautiful as Camilla's one but I like the vintage style. I used a lot of distress ink, gold spray, glossy accents etc.

so I had to design christmas cards.

The new Sarah Kay stamps are so cute!
Bought this one on the German "Stempelmekka"
in Hagen last month.

My 1st christmas card for this year

Today I have decided to change the language of my blog into English.
And so my first English post is my first christmas card for this year.
Because I'm suffering from a bronchitis I haven't found the leisure for coloring.
And so I designed a card just with papers, embellishments, glitter and a text stamp.
First I used a black ink-pad, then I stamped over it with a gold shade.
I have to excuse the bad quality of my photos but it wasn't easy to capture the colours true to life with the camera of my mobile phone.

Autumn days

Nun können wir wohl nicht mehr auf Sommer hoffen, es hat sich "ausgesommert" für dieses Jahr und der Herbst hat mit großen Schritten Einzug gehalten.
Das habe ich mir wohl gedacht, als ich vor wenigen Wochen dieses Kärtchen gewerkelt habe. Dabei habe ich mal eine neue Coloriertechnik ganz ohne flüssiges Medium ausprobiert. Vom Prinzip gefällt es mir sehr gut, nur hat es ewig gedauert und mich stört der blaue Schatten in den hautfarbenen Bereichen. Ich hab es dann später nochmal versucht, aber der Abdruck ist noch nicht verbastelt.

Happy Halloween

Diese Karte ist gerade eben nach der Auflage von Cute Card Thursday entstanden ein Charm zu integrieren. Eigentlich bin ich nicht so der Halloween-Fan, aber ein Kärtchen geht trotzdem ;) Auch bei der Magnolia Down Under Challenge und bei der Allsorts Challenge habe ich damit teilgenommen.
